OK then! how about this:

A life long supporter of the labour party was lying on his death bed when he suddenly decided to join the Tory party.

"But why?" asked his puzzled friend, "You're labour through and through… Why now?"

The man leaned toward his friend and explained, "Well, I'd rather it was one of them that died and not one of us."

Very funny, even if my stomach turns when you mention Labour ;)

Thats because labour are BAAAAAAAAAAD.

So are the conservatives.
So are liberal democrats.

Only way to vote is voting for independence, FACT. Even if they dont get in, if it forces a hung parliment they can get in the next time and it makes it worth it.

I totally agree. At heart I wish the Conservatives were true Conservatives but, yes, UKIP, if they had the punch, would be the answer.

If enough people vote for them, then they have the punch, they got 2nd in the euro-elections. Yes you could say that it was just a protest vote and that they are a waste of a vote. but really they aren't. They will pull punches if people cross of the box that says ukip when the time comes.

Its simple, How does getting number 2 and pushing the incumbant party of the nation into 4th make them NOT a major party? I know how, its the BBC's euro bias thats how. Somehow the real opposition is bunched together with a bunch of racists, fascists and kooks. GJ, this is democracy! Bully the only party that is competing, because we all know labour/tory/lib are BUTT BUDDYS.

That "debate" was not typically English but rather typical of modern day politicians in Britain who have not an ounce of charisma or honesty between the lot of them. All three parties are full of career politicians, and we are left with not one political heavyweight... It's not always been like this.
