Hey guys.. We have to pray for this oil to stop spreading in the gulf. I feel it will take years to heal.. So much devastation..
Let's stop this nonsense..

That's terrible. I had no idea, haven't even heard about it.
If not in my prayers it will certainly be in my thoughts and actions.
Small, personal, daily attempts to decrease oil usage, and overall power consumption are my first thoughts. But I imagine with prayer many other ways to aid this issue may become obvious.
*apologies if the above input, from someone who doesn't pray, is inappropriate for this section of the board.

Oh of course... Unfortunately America is very oil driven I'm afraid. Not realizing there are consequences for it's use, not to mention the pollution of our air.

No problem.. Sometimes it's our actions that speaks for us too..
Blessings to you.

I will be praying for that, it is a very terrible situation indeed, and it is only getting worse as we speak.

Here is a thought - is this related to any event mentioned in the book of Revelation? One third of the seas effected - this oil is reddish - it burns - and if continues and spreads into the Atlantic - what then?
It appears to me on another note that BP is more concerned in making a buck by trying to insert pumps into the pipe line breaks to salvage as much oil as possible and therefore dang with the environment. Should not, stopping the leaks be number one priority instead of salvage? Then add to this, the lack of news coverage, worldwide, and it makes you think. So the reddish oil spill grows, the salvage ship pumps more oil into tankers while the other two or three leaks spill and spew…
The BP Corporation most definitely has tried to cover up this deed. Add to this being the largest contributor to the Obama campaign and the sudden lessoning of mandatory safety restrictions for BP ensuing right after the election, makes one, well more than a little angry…
Two corrupt entities scratching each others back, so both will not expose the others complicity…
