Because the central truth claim of Christianity renders it false.

While I realize this I was just wondering if there was other evidence, such as faulty history or such that would render it false.

It depends on what you mean by false.. If we believe it is false on the terms of goodness, Islam does not promote goodness, morality, and the likes. Plus if we believe that God only judges us on works for salvation, then Islam would fall into that category.

It's actually easy to refute...

A religion should not be judged alone on its morals, history but more specifically, on its God.

Who is the God of Quran? Allah, who was Allah? the highest idol God in their temples where the worshiped their 360 gods alongside him. Islam's theology is far from moral, it serves man rather than God but it sugar coats itself in ancient Hebrew and christian theology roots and kind of clouds the issue but yet is crystal clear, if one can look at it candidly

Good point.. In fact many don't even know what Allah is.. No where in the koran is it ever "commanded" to love. Technically it was a god that someone dreamed up in a cave of all places. A very dark one I might add.. Yet people flock to it and they don't even know why.. Go figure.

But is there like scientific evidence from the quran itself that makes it false?

I would say the fact that it claims to be a successor to the Abrahamic religions, yet distorts many of the stories in them (such as saying that it was Ishmael who would be the ancestor of God's people rather than Issac, despite Muhammad's account of the story being written at least 1,000 years after the fact) is a good indicator that it is all made up.

In addition, the Old and New Testaments that Christianity are founded upon were written by many different authors would did not seek to glorify themselves and made claims that would be very easy to expose if they were lies since their writings are compared to each other, the Quran was written by one author who made up the prophesies about himself that he claimed to fulfill. The Old Testament talks of the messiah, which Jesus fulfilled the role of. It doesn't say anything about God's "final and greatest prophet" which Muhammad claims to be. It smells of a religion created by a man trying to build a cult of personality around himself rather than a man who was inspired by God.
