Are Christians still bound to the 10 Commandments?
If so, then are we bound by the whole Law of Moses (which includes the commandments)?

Yes we are.
The 10 commandments were created for all time and all peoples unlike levitican and Deuteronomy laws that were created for the isrealites for a distinct period of time
