Shoulder Issues

Recently I discovered the reason for the extreme pains in my shoulder, I have tendonitis
This means no physical activity (lifting) until it dies away (3-4 weeks). I have a feeling I will go completly insane If that is the case, so please lift up a prayer for the quick and full recovery of my shoulder so I can go back to doing what I love

Hey buddy
I found fish oil and glucosamine to be very helpful with joints and tendon's, i run between 15-25k per weekend i had knee, ankle and archilles problems which went away after taking suppliments.
But dont go on my advise talk to your doctor about it first especially with glucosamine as it is made from shell's and you could have an allergic reaction.
Hope your feeling better soon, and i will pray for your continued health.
Your Friend in Christ
Daniel

I did try taking supplements like those GNC ones that cost like 40$ a month, the're like 3000% of daily vit. B and stuff like that, But strangley enough my doctor simply told me to do some weird stretches and exercises and just wait it out really. So I can't really go back to my "marathon" workout routine until this tendonitis goes away. And I have most likely made my tendons worse because I for the first 3 months I had it, ignored the pain(stupid #1), piled on more shoulder workouts because I thought my muscles were dis-proportionalized (Extreme stupid #2) and did stupid repititive workouts that most likely anniliated my tendons. So It will most likely take some time, but who knows, maybe a godly touch will help

I'll be praying! This sounds a little similar to the pain I've been feeling in my wrist. How long have you had these pains? I think I've had my wrist pain for almost a month now.

About 5 months, And I aggravated it by continuing to ignore it and not stopping when it hurt. I have shoulder tendonitis, otherwise known as an infamed rotar cuff.
It got so ad I was having a hard time holding a coffee cup.
And, you may have tendonitis in your wrist, maybe you should get it checked out. Hope you feel better

little update,
zero to no shoulder pain last month, think my tendinitis is pretty much gone. I'm sure it's due to many things like PRAYER, fish oil, relaxation, ect...
Back to doing what I love
Also just recieved the "hardest worker"award for this quarter in my strenth and body class
