1 Corinthians 15:50-58
1 Thessalonians 4:16-18
Revelation 19:11-20
There are also references about the Second Coming in the OT but they are more obtuse than the above.

I don't see how John 14:1-3 relates to the Second Coming.
Where did JESUS actually say He would come again?

In verse 3. Do not forget to read and understand the context.
You may want to get yourself a study Bible where you could easily find these things out. A study Bible will provide you with loads of cross-references that will enable you to verify what the Bible says about a certain subject. Don't rely on others...do what the Berans did: search the Scriptures for yourself.
