I just found out that the 3 most elite units of the U.S military all have patron saints.

The Rangers- St. Andrew

The Green Berets- St. Phillips

The Navy SEALs- St. Michael

Just thought that was really cool :ewink:

Must drive the anti-"christian military" people insane

Atheist are extremly opposed to any mention of christianity in the military.

They fight naval prayers, army chaplain prayer, ect ect...

American atheist has an entire portion of their website dedicated to "separationg of religon and military"

OK, gotcha.

They'd love my job then. I work for a US govt defense contractor on a naval base. When we have our periodic safety luncheons, our boss prays over the meal. He even uses Jesus' name at the end.

Ssh, don't tell anyone. :ewink:
