Guitar fans

Reading the thread on Christian/secular music it looks like we've got a few guitar fans here. There was even mention of best guitarists in the world.
Would be nice to hear some of your favourite guitar moments or players. It surprises me how many 'best guitar players ever" I seem to miss.
A few to start off:
Paco de Lucia, who needs electricity or steel? not Paco:

The greatest I've seen in the flesh was Buddy Guy at Glastonbury 2008

My city spawned one of the greats, Bert Jansch:

A friend recently introduced me to the music of Peter Green of early Fleetwood Mac fame, B.B King apparently claimed he was the only guitarist who could make the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. White men can play the blues!
