Who has more authority over O T interpretations? Christians or Jews?

The O T was originally a Jewish work.
Christianity embraced it as it’s own yet many Christian interpretation, Eden being a prime example, are contrary to the Jewish view.

Whose interpretation should take precedence?

The Jewish view or the Christian view?

I was actually being serious.

The person with the best Credentials and more attuned to the Holy Spirit is the best person to interpret OT and NT for that matter. That can be anyone Jew or Gentile.

Christianity is jewish in its entirety - the writers were Jews who were inspired by God through Christ and the Holy Spirit.

Biblical interpretation is not a "cut and dry" thing.
One must understand that not all the works in the OT are of the same genre nor are all of them inspired ( there is nothing inspired about Chronicles for example), we must also understand that the Bible is a collection of books and they they show a "progressive revelation" of God, cumulating in the person of Jesus Christ.
Certainly Jews have their OWN interpretation of the OT since they do NOT accept the NT or Christ.

The OT points toward Christ and Christ is the lens by which the OT should be viewed and understood. It's not always cut and dried and certainly Christ doesn't address the whole OT nor do the epistles. It's ilustrative though to see how Christ and NT writers appeal to the OT. It' doesn't look very much at all like what Western Theologians do with their theology that is rooted often times more in Greek Philosophy and Roman Law.
