Eczema

Well, I've had what I believe is eczema for about 6 months now. I went to the doctor's office twice and it wasn't very successful. He prescribed me with a couple of different steroid creams that helped only a little and slowly became useless. I then went to a naturopathic doctor about 2 weeks ago. She gave me a couple different oils, some probiotics, and told me to eat healthier. Sadly, I haven't noticed much of a change. It's all on my back and neck and it's getting embarrassing to even go out in public because it's clearly visible. Sometimes the itching is so unbearable that it gets in the way of my daily activities. Obviously, I'm getting a little bit tired of this and just want it to go away. I'd really appreciate it if you'd send your prayers, thanks!

Hi Kenzel

My son recently had a bad case of eczema, we used bepanthen (lanoline based cream) cream and steroidal cream but what really made it calm down was to bandage the area after applying heaps of cream. The skin will need time to recover without getting more irritants on it and the bandages will protect the area until healed. Also wash with goats milk soap as it will not irritate the skin, try to avoid any perfumed products that will come into contact with your skin like shampoo etc... I will remember you in my prayers and pray that you will heal quickly.
