I think curses only work if you allow them to have power over you. You have to give them permission first.

Tina, as we get older, we all experience hurt. People we know, get sick and die. The older we get, the more people we know who die. Bad things will eventually happen to us all. It's just a part of life. It's certainly not because you're cursed.
