Just the other day, one of my friends showed me this video of Jack otto at a Ron Paul campaign stage.

Now, I can not find any info about Jack otto on the internet. So I can't know what he is driving at. I don't buy the conspiracy theory either. Does anyone has info on this, opinions and if someone is to give a rebuttal, how should it be given?
I would really appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks

The only reason I asked for it, Murray, was due to the fact that I had not heard this one before, so I thought may be someone knows more than me who can point me to the right direction for sources if nothing else.
