So after 15 months here, apparently I've become a "Senior member". It's an honour. I wish to thank all of you at G&S for being kind and helpful, as much as one can be through a computer screen. It's been a pleasure to participate here, learn many new things as well as helping those who wanted to learn.

I came here at the crucial moment in my life - at the age of 20 I started to ask the big questions about life - and this site played a big role in my decision to stick firmly with Christianity.

What I like here is that I can ask whatever is on my mind, and get an answer without prejudices, which is unlike what I often experienced in my life ("How do you not know that quote?", "It's not the time or place to discuss that...", "Why does it matter? The point is to believe..." etc.). An open-minded society of Christian intellectuals is all I needed at that point, and I still do.

So thanks to all of you once again, and God bless. y)>-

Byblos, we must have one foot in the grave, if someone as young as Reactionary can be referred to as "senior" anything. I feel a midlife crisis coming. Where's my Corvette. :pound:

Reactionary, it's been a pleasure to share this forum with you, as well, young whippersnapper. 8)
