Robinhood: men in tights, a cult film?

How about:
-Repo Man
-Rocky Horror Picture Show
-Evil Dead II (Actually, Evil Dead II is better than the original and the one most people are talking about when they speak of Evil Dead.)
-This is Spinal Tap
-The Warriors
-Dazed and Confused
-Barfly
-The Toxic Avenger
-Say Anything

Growing up a teen in the 80s, Cult films were kind of the thing.

And, 80's cult classics wouldn't be complete without this gem:Better Off Dead

I suppose it depends how you define "cult classic". Some choices-

Nighthawks (Stallone film, pretty good)
F.I.S.T (another Stallone film, very good)
Cobra (80s Stallone action film, very bad but with a style that would fit what others have mentioned)
Night of the Living Dead (probably one of the original "cult classics" although its pretty famous these days)
Omega Man (this definitely fits the bill no matter what your definition of cult classic Charlton Heston stars)

I'd certainly throw in movies like Blade Runner that weren't initially commercially successful, but some of those movies grew such large fanbases that I don't know how I could call them "cult films" and mention them with some of the other movies being mentioned here.

I'll go older school and also mention the original Invasion of the Body Snatchers and War of the Worlds. Also throw in the 7k budget sci-fi movie Primer.

Big fan of kung fu movies too Paul. I'd have to add the Prodigal Son to that list but I'll stop at that or I'll be here for a while.

Dead Alive! or as I know it Braindead is a classic but I still think the earlier Bad Taste trumps ii in both quality and cult status.
