Hi All,

it's been already 4 months that I started to collect wisdoms (?) coming into my head after I went through some situation in my life. I collect them on my homepage and here is my current collection. As I think it is not that bad I have the couradge to share here. Hope you enjoy. :)

Truth is truth, it's out there, whether we know it or not.

When one is going through difficult times, he is prepared to think about difficult things.

Things need their proper timing.

If people fighted with pens rather than with weapons ...

Never ever push friends, but stand by them.

After the hurricane comes the peace again.

Problems are here to be solved, not to be avoided.

It is easy to accuse, hard to defend.

When a person I love tells me I do not love that person, I still love that person.

Then is teacher great when his student will surpass him.

Wisdoms are only to be learned and realized, not created.

Priviledges should be taken seriously.

Do not be dissapointed, be the wiser. (from my great friend)

Work done at 99% is not work done.

Without bricks one cannot build a house.

I do not intend to play bad theatre ...

Here are some of my favorites:

I ran three miles today. Finally I said, "Lady take your purse."

Some mornings it just doesn't seem worth it to gnaw through the leather straps.

When I wake up in the morning, I just can't get started until I've had that first, piping hot pot of coffee. Oh, I've tried other enemas...

I was at a bar nursing a beer. My nipple was getting quite soggy.

You know what I hate? Indian givers...no, I take that back.

I was the kid next door's imaginary friend.

You have a talent for bizarre stuff.

I doubt Dr PrettyLady will understand this:

Europeans have no Indians (aboriginal, that is.) Maybe I should say ''savages? No...that would be offensive.

I have a file that includes many quotes - from other sources and original - that I've used in signatures in discussion forums. Among them:

They've got the right to choose life they don't want to lose
I've got to speak up, won't you?

There is no right.

----------------------------------------------------
I love coffee, I love tea
I love the java jive and it loves me
Coffee and tea and the java and me

- "Java Jive"

But if there is ever a fascist takeover in America, it will come not in the form of storm troopers kicking down doors but with lawyers and social workers saying, "I'm from the government and I'm here to help." - Jonah Goldberg, Liberal fascism
----------------------------------------------------
Pitchforks & Torches: When the politicians feel the heat, they'll see the light and get the point
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Government-provided "free lunch" is paid for in the currency of lost freedoms.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Populists' Big Guys vs. Little Guys rhetoric is emotive rationalization about the choice of who to plunder.

Until false accusers receive the consequences the falsely accused would have received, false accusations will continue to abound.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To kill personal responsibility, initiative or success, punish it by taxing it. To encourage irresponsibility, improvidence, dependence and failure, reward it by subsidizing it.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Those who can, do.
Those who know, teach.
The ignorant who can't, regulate.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What government rewards it gets more of. So long as government makes tax minimization more rewarding than investments that create jobs, people will invest in things that minimize taxes.
