I believe some people have it - but I don't. I would like to think that I have a reasonable faith.

Blind faith is that faith possessed by the blind. The term is socially offensive and should be henceforth known as faith of the visually impaired.

The link above is from the best Christian apologist I have encountered in my 68 years. If it does not work for you please let me know, but it is darned important that you read it, then maybe we will have more to talk about.

Blind faith is the worse type of faith to have.

Ultimate777,

I really have no problem with what the author said in that link.

Here's another link that talks about blind faith.

I would have to answer 'no', I don't have blind faith. Even at the age of seven, when my mom told me about Christ for the first time, and I put my trust in Him, it wasn't a blind faith. I saw my mom change as a person, so I was a direct witness to the work of the Holy Spirit in her life. I had as much understanding as I could as a seven year old, of Jesus, but even then my trust in Him wasn't blind.

The above tells you about J. Warner Wallace, and his special background for this.

If we click on home after we get there, no telling what good stuff we might find.

I have just read it. Getting back to you.

P.S. my previous response was supposed to mean: i believe there are people having blind faith (in whatever they have faith)

I thought by making the question as simple as possible I would create the least misunderstanding. What prompted the question is what Wallace said in his book.

So, apparently I did not understand it the way you intended. There were more ways how to understand it and I just picked one and replied

Hi Ultimate

I have read the book awhile ago, what exactly did he say?
From my reading of it it mainly talks about the authenticity of the gospels, the chain of evidence and how to evaluate claims.
