Do you believe in blind faith?

Blind faith is that faith possessed by the blind. The term is socially offensive and should be henceforth known as faith of the visually impaired.RickD wrote:Please define 'blind faith'.ultimate777 wrote:Do you believe in blind faith?

I really have no problem with what the author said in that link.
Here's another link that talks about blind faith.
I would have to answer 'no', I don't have blind faith. Even at the age of seven, when my mom told me about Christ for the first time, and I put my trust in Him, it wasn't a blind faith. I saw my mom change as a person, so I was a direct witness to the work of the Holy Spirit in her life. I had as much understanding as I could as a seven year old, of Jesus, but even then my trust in Him wasn't blind.
I have just read it. Getting back to you.ultimate777 wrote:Then read the reply I sent to Rick and get back to me. I just checked the link and it works.1over137 wrote:Yes.ultimate777 wrote:Do you believe in blind faith?

I thought by making the question as simple as possible I would create the least misunderstanding. What prompted the question is what Wallace said in his book.1over137 wrote:I have just read it. P.S. my previous response was supposed to mean: i believe there are people having blind faith (in whatever they have faith)
