What I mean was with all the proof of so called proof Christianity when did it get it's start?

Why don't you post a specific difficulty you are having? I'm pretty sure most of us aren't going to go digging through a site looking for arguments to rebutt.
As for the incredulity, quite a few of us have studied early Christianity in some detail. K's referenced Habermas' minimalist approach several times, for instance, and there are a variety of scholars who are coming to the same conclusions. So any time we hear people fussing about Christianity origins, the response is usually something a long the lines of, "Seriously?"

Not all Jews. A group a Jews who followed after their Rabbi Jesus ended up splintering off to follow Christ's teachings and hence became "Christian".
