Hi,
I've been interested in NDE's for a few years now. There's a common theme. Lying in the hospital. Hovering over body. Start heading towards a great loving light. And for some, they see their life play through.
This loving light is so strong some of them have attempted suicide because they want to see it again. One guy's story I watched on youtube, he died and came back from heart failure, and now he sleeps on the wrong side of his chest hoping to die in his sleep! BUT, I wonder... are they Christian. Many who have experienced this don't claim to be. I think many of them have an "all good people go to heaven" attitude.
So here's the question I have. And maybe B.W. can help me here. When a non-Christian dies do they, float out of their body, head up to see God, they're amazed and feel His love, He plays their life for them, then He judges them for the life they lived which is eternal condemnation. For most NDEs, it ends at the light, or possibly the life movie, but rarely beyond that. And maybe they don't actually see God. Just near his presence or something. Or they can't describe it.
I've always thought they go straight to hell. But maybe not?
Thanks.
