Actually, now that I've thought about it, No, A Christian cannot lose their salvation. "A Christian" is singular, and "their" is a possessive pronoun acting as an adjective, which you incorrectly used to describe a singular noun.

So the answer is NO. A Christian cannot lose their salvation.

I didn't pay attention during grammar classes when I was a kid, so I don't understand what you wrote...but I agree! a born-of-the-Spirit Christian is not able to lose his Salvation no matter how hard he may try.
