Clearly Bush's fault...

Once someone's unemployment runs out, magically, they are no longer counted as being unemployed. They just drop off the official, statistical radar. At best, official stats might be a gauge of whether the rate of NEWLY unemployed people is going up or not - measured against a specific time reference. But as for measuring those previously unemployed becoming re-employed - it's USELESS, all government touted smoke and mirrors.
