Christie, what did he know and when he know it?

Do you think if Christie knew about the bridge deal he'll be ratted out before 2016? If not, will we know it by other means? If not, why will the people he asked to do it keep quiet? Will we know who he would have had to ask if he did it?

More to the point, I have enough faith in the D Party and the MSM that if there were evidence that Gov. Christie - for whom I do not know if I could vote, were he the R nominee for POTUS - either planned the bridge shut down or knew of it sufficiently in advance to prevent the mess the shut down caused, it would have been revealed by now. So I don't think Christie planned, helped plan or meaningfully knew of in advance the bridge shut down.

Pete, believe me, that would a big, big deal to me unless he is protecting someone he found out did it.
Reminds me of Watergate. I am not sure if its been proved Nixon had prior knowledge, but he tied to keep knowledge of it from coming out.
I wonder how much worse for him it would have been if he had pardoned everybody behind it, then fired them?

"Dumb and Democrat" is an oxymoron. Democrats were intelligent enough to elect Obama.
Getting back on topic, I think Pete summed it up well by saying if there was any impropriety on Christie's part, the Dems would bring it to light. Politicians use whatever leverage they can to gain an advantage.

U777 brought up a good point. If Christie has/is engaged in a cover-up, that would also be a problem, probably a felony. But I think, given the time that has passed, that that also would have been discovered and exposed by the MSM.

Personally, I don't think it even matters if he knew or not. These were people he knew his entire life working under him. I think I would honestly prefer someone corrupt over that level of incompetence.
