Pres. Obama is in the White House until January of 2017. He could probably commit multiple murder with his bare hands before a 2/3 vote of the Senate would toss him out after being impeached. If then.
As for Miss Nancy, her district is almost as safe in elections as Kim Jong Un's. She'll either leave the capitol voluntarily or on a hospital gurney.
