Highly recommend this book !!!

The Last Superstition: A Refutation of the New Atheism by Edward Feser .
It can be a bit of a dry read at times BUT IMO, this is one of the better books out there in regards to the philosophical issues present in Atheism.
His chapter on Aquinas is worth the book alone.

Thumbs up all the way. His other book: Aquinas, a beginner's guide, is equally as good.

I heard good things about that one too.

You would do well to move it to the front of that long list. Good books are worth reading. Great books are required reading. There are few of the latter, and both the ones mentioned in this thread qualify for that illustrious category.
