What does it mean to be good

According to the bible only God can be good because the bible says something to the extent of "none are good but the Lord" or something like that. What is the precise meaning of God's goodness? What traits and characteristics make him good?

You have history here that shows that you are not interested in the answer. Rather, you are interested in telling us how evil, violent and petty God is.
What makes this thread different? Have you suddenly become sensible?
