IMHO - the answer is yes.
Subjective: Both Regan and Bush used presidential executive orders pertaining to illegal immigration into the USA; therefore, Obama issued one too that grants the beginnings of amnesty for 4 to 5 million illegal aliens and thus did no wrong.
Objective: Both Regan and Bush used presidential executive orders to enforce congressional laws pertaining to illegal immigration that already exist. Obama issued a presidential executive order on illegal immigration upon which no law from congress was based upon and thus violated the US Constitution balance of power. Obama instead stacked the Justice department with cronies to make his actions legal.
Obama relies upon subjective reasoning to make political power grab decisions and the country be dang=ed.
Both Regan and Bush used presidential positive humane executive orders on illegal immigration and were republicans. However, we are told that all republicans and conservatives are racist bigots. Republicans led the way for civil rights, set the slaves free> Democrats favored slavery, supported segregation, keeps people enslaved to govt programs for votes, supports Islam's oppressive treatment of women, and folks say they are for the little guy.
