May God bless them greatly and substitute for their great loss.

Even in the face of such grief and horror there is love.

The news that the relatives of those killed forgave their killer so readily stunned me. It shows such faith, such love. May God bless them all.

God Bless the families of the victims. What a horrible tragedy.

Btw,

What kind of state is South Carolina, that it still has the Confederate flag flying over its statehouse?

This atrocity took place only about 100 miles away from me. And it would appear that the devil has greatly miscalculated. Except for the understandable but misguided rantings of those anti-gun advocates (who fail to realize that banning guns in an ALREADY and long gun-saturated society will merely result in only criminals and murderers having easy and cheap access to them - leaving the rest/law-abiding citizens defenseless), look at all of those WHITE faces, equally devastated and mourning that this troubled, delusional, drug-addled boy could kill Christians at prayer, in their own church. And what so many mature people are accurately realizing is that this is not a race issue but one of unchecked evil within a human heart. And some of those close to those killed, with an apparent far-greater capacity to forgive than I think I would (in such a circumstance), have rightly understood that what we've witnessed is pure, demonically inspired evil. Such people, so forgiving, have also realized that the ONLY path out away from letting their anger and hurt to consume them is to forgive the perpetrator - which is not to forget. Some of these are even calling for the killer to embrace the Lord. And so all of this is getting international attention - which is amazing those around the world. So, I'd say the devil hasn't received his expected payoff, and the Christian victims are now in the joyous presence of the Lord

I know it's a side note on the issue, but I couldn't help but see Onama wasted no time to take the time which should've been used to mourn the victims, to make a political issue out of it. The man should be ashamed of himself.
