How long have you been married?

I guess I will start.
I have been married to the same person for just over 20 years.. which feels like that day just after forever
well not quite.
Met when I was 17 and engaged round 19 (6 month engagement) and married at 19
We both did youthline.. a teen hotline for teens needing to talk.
And for those not married.. have you ever been engaged? Been in love?

Been married for 14 years, together for 20. We met when I was 25 and he my best friend, even now.
Our story is a long, complicated one. We have been through pretty much everything that could be thrown at us yet we are still together, older, wiser and scarred but still solid.
My husband is the most important person in my life (apart from my daughter and God) and as difficult and challenging as it is sometimes, I wouldn`t want to be anywhere else.
(At least until Benedict Cumberbatch comes a-calling!)

Meeting him 13 years ago.

In September this year, it's our 49th anniversary. Oh wait...you didn't ask how long it
feels like I've been married.
It'll be 19 years in September.

Thanks Rick. I know what you mean, poor woman is a saint for putting up with me all this time. In fact I'm petitioning the Vatican for beatification.
