evolved.
There's a lot about this chap I like!

Yeah,he took alittle heat from YEC's when he came out and said the earth is old.It sounds like he's trying to adopt some Intelligent Design when it comes to his creation stance.I wish I could convince him that what scientists call micro-evolution is just normal variation in reproduction that was known about by plant and animal breeders thousands of years before Charles Darwin, hence dogs and roses, today scientists call this micro-evolution and it is a deceptive trick being played on people to accept the evolution myth, but it gets even worse because scientists are demonstrating normal variation in reproduction calling it micro-evolution and using it for evidence life evolves for both micro-evolution and macro-evolution while explaining to you it evolved. They are demonstrating either normal adaptation or normal variation in reproduction and using this for evidence life evolves while assuming the rest is true with speculation and imagination.
And because they are just demonstrating normal variation in reproduction or adaptation their own evidence shows natural selection is non-existent and does not effect any life.
Still Carson is not expected to be this knowledgable about this and I think he'd make a good President but I'm still not convinced much is going to change regardless of who is elected,I'll believe it when I see it,our country has just gone too far into socialism and I see noway it is going to change much.It would take probably 10 good Presidents in a row to clean up the socialism mess in America.

Last I looked we had the most pro-business Supreme Court since FDR's administration, the wealth gap just keeps widening, and unions are weaker than ever, so I'm puzzled...
The only area of American society I can think of where the government owns all the stuff, provides all the health care, and expects everyone to dress, talk, and act the same is the military. Are you suggesting that we should disband the Army?
If not, then can I get a few specific examples of all this socialism that's supposedly everywhere?

The wealth gap has widened these past 6 years. Yes, it happens because of Democrat leftist policies; The rich get richer and everyone else gets the shaft.
Minorities become more dependent upon the Govt dole so they vote democrat and because of this they cannot excel and move higher. This in turn causes CNBC and MSNBC to bloviate about how racist this country is in order to garner votes of the impoverished on the Govt-dole-minorities to hate police and any of a different color.
Yes, Rich elitist Democrats simply get wealthier, scapegoat their opposition as the cause of all ills in America, and the rest of America gets the shaft.
Socialism cannot work, it never has. The Monarchies of old Europe failed, the socialist revolutions have all failed. Socialism cannot maintain itself. It is a heartless system that exploits sympathies to justify its heartless coldness.
Socialist utopia is a pipe dream. Best it produces is ruin, poverty, debasement, no hope, no future for the vast masses of the people while the truly wealthy live free at the top of the food chain in ever increasing wealth. You end up with two classes of people. Subjects and their masters. Socialism and Feudalism are built upon from the same vein of serfdom.
Cannot for the life of me see why folks like Ed Murphy find it odd that during Democrat eras of control the wealth gap widens. It did under Jimmy Carter and then Reagan was blamed for it!
Once America is fundamentally transformed, it will cease to exist and those that cheered on this transformation will one day wake up and say, “oh my god what I have done!”
But by then it will be too late. They simply forgot that they were Americans and forgot that their way of life will to perish along with this nation. By then, it will be late for useful idiots to wake up.

Your facts aren't factual, and the rest is so blindly, hopelessly, crazily biased that it's not worth responding to.

You hide behind laws and policies that forbid christian expression, how then can I be wrong, after all your own words and argument prove me correct.
You hide behind an imagery establishment clause... to take away rights of another...
Why?

Your facts are wrong because they're not facts. For example, the wealth gap has been widening since the 1960's, so blaming it on Obama is ridiculous.
As for your question, it makes no sense. The Establishment Clause isn't remotely imaginary, I'm not hiding behind anything, I'm not taking anything from anyone, and I have no idea what you're talking about. If you want to ask me a real question - a question that isn't just you making a bizarre accusation about my beliefs and demanding that I defend it - then I'll do my best to answer it. It would be nice if you'd do the same, but whatever.

If you can't see it,you're just blind, and we continue to head in that direction no matter who has power whether Republican or Democrat it just goes alittle faster when demoncrats h have power and I actually expect it from Democrats but not Republicans."We the people" have no say so when there is no real opposition party and we keep heading in the wrong direction regardless of who is in office. Now if you like socialism? then I suppose its going your way and so you like it,but we'll never get back what we lose and America is losing strength in the world because of the direction we've been going in for along time and the people don't realize it until its too late. It is a rigged political system controlled by money and interest groups.I'm fed up with politics and although I still vote I'm not playing the political lesser than evil two game and I will not vote for a RINO.

Carson's response to recent reactions by media and political operatives - such a different type of candidate - see his response:

I think it was Megyn Kelly who interviewed Carson, and asked him if he believes it's the beginning of the media trying to take him down. It sure seems this way. Is the left afraid of Carson's chances to be President?

The media, which is as corporate as anything else in this country and not especially progressive, is just looking for stories. Besides, there are 47 Republican candidates, the election is still a year away, and are several hundred more debates to come. Why would anybody on "the left" go to the trouble of attacking a Republican candidate when they're going to be carving each other up for most of the next year?

Probably for the same reasons why FOX is still going after Hillary.
The right sees her as a real threat to a republican getting elected. The left sees Carson as a threat, probably the biggest threat to Hillary getting elected. I think Trump is going to "dig his own grave" so to speak.
I think you're terribly naive, if you don't think mainstream media is left leaning, with the exception of FOX, which is right leaning.
Or if you prefer, mainstream media is Dem. leaning, with the exception of FOX, which is Rep. leaning.

Trump will, at some point, fatally wound himself - by mouth and hairspray, no doubt.
