When was the Bible put into book form?

When did Christians and Jews have one book that included all the the books?

The oldest "book" of the bible that Christians have ( that which comprises both Old AND New) is the Codex Sinaiticus date around 300-350 AD.
That is the oldest ever found, which means there would have been older ones of course.
the oldest Old testament would have been the Septuagint in the 3rd century BC, but that only contained the 5 books of Moses.
Then came the masoretic text in the 10th century.
