Spent the 4 of June in Colorado Springs Colorado...
What did we do for our 28'th?
We went to -
North Pole, Colorado Springs because both of us when we were kids wanted to visit the place as children. Different dates and circumstances both our parents took family vacations to the Springs but never took the family there. So we went...
Nice place, they do not make parks like this anymore. For the entry price, well worth it for a family as all rides included. The food sold there was inexpensive too so unlike the bigger parks.
There are two Toy stores for the kiddies - one devoted to girls and one devoted for boys. The girl toy store has all the cool toys little girls love and the boy store had all the coolest boy toys - guns - things that pop and boom. You rarely see this sort of cool toys in the stores in anymore where girls are allowed to be girls and boys are allowed to be boys!
It has been in business for 60 years so it may not be around much longer, suggest if you are in Colorado Springs, take your kiddies there and enjoy. The rides, though not like the big box amusement parks, were all good for a fun filled day at the base of Pike's Peak at 7500 feet above sea level.
After that what do you do other than going hiking in North Cheyenne Canyon Park. We took the Cutter trial.
The for a romantic dinner at a BBQ joint... cheap too with good food!
After 28 years, what else can you do?
Blessings!

Yes, plus take out the trash, nod yes when she interrupts your favorite TV show but never interrupt her's, complete all honey do list, learn to operate by a schedule or at least pretend you do - really well, pray together in the evening every night, remember that she is not really nagging but rather venting and the most important to know is that she needs to speak at least 20,000 to 40,000 words a day compared to our 1000 to 3000 so learn to nod really well....

That is awesome dude.
On the 10th it will be my 16th.
Sometimes it feels like yesterday and other times, like it's been forever

Looks like you have the formula figured out! That word spoken ratio is about right.
We passed 31 years earlier this year. Tolerance is a key factor, she tolerates my quirks and I tolerate hers.
