OK, so this professor has a 13-point formula and an amazing track record of correctly picking the last 8 U.S. presidential elections:

1. God told Ted Cruz's father that Ted will be the next POTUS
2. Ted no longer has a chance to be the next POTUS
3. God is not in control

God is in control and if he wants Ted to be the next president he will bring it about. I think it is most likely that God didn't speak to Ted's father.
