I'm skeptical when someone tells me they have "the truth" about something, especially when the topic is as complex as the Crusades and their information comes mostly from Wikipedia.

If I watch the video will I learn that everything is Islam's fault?

That depends on your POV of course.
In a fight, is it the fault of the person that starts the fight and throws multiple punches BEFORE the other guy hits back ??

My POV is that we should put aside the partisan BS and deal with facts. Conflict between the East and West predates both Christianity and Islam. Remember the Greeks/Macedonians and the Persians? Or the Romans and the Parthians? Or the Romans/Byzantines and the Sassanids? The Crusades were a flare-up in a conflict that was 1,000 years old when Muhammad was born.
