Pretty good movie. And yes, the DoD has gotten into all kinds of nutty things that we know of, and probably plenty of even nuttier things that are still classified.

Philip, the government had a 20 million dollar study called the star Gate program which was originally deemed successful by an independently hired statistician but then suddenly was scraped because it was deemed a failure . Me thinks the are probably doing this today
