Does anyone know what modern day countries are included in the Land of Canaan, The Promised Land?
I've looked at a bunch on maps, but none indicate what I am looking for.
Thanks.

This is what Got Questions says:
According to Genesis 15:18 and Joshua 1:4, the land God gave to Israel included everything from the Nile River in Egypt to Lebanon (south to north) and everything from the Mediterranean Sea to the Euphrates River (west to east). So, what land has God stated belongs to Israel?
All of the land modern Israel currently possesses, plus all of the land of the Palestinians (the West Bank and Gaza), plus some of Egypt and Syria, plus all of Jordan, plus some of Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Israel currently possesses only a fraction of the land God has promised.
But, I think Genesis 15:18 does not speak of the Nile.
This is what the NET Bible says:
15:18 That day the Lord made a covenant 50 with Abram: “To your descendants I give 51 this land, from the river of Egypt 52 to the great river, the Euphrates River –
Note 52: 52 sn The river of Egypt is a wadi (a seasonal stream) on the northeastern border of Egypt,
not to the River Nile.
I don't know how close the wadi is to the river Nile.

Here is a good map. Your 'West Bank, Gaza, some of Egypt and Syria, plus all of Jordan' (some?) Saudi Arabia and Iraq seem like a stretch?
The map shows the areas allocated to the 12 tribes, and the invasions that took place during the Judges era.

I meant to say,
Here is a good map. Your 'West Bank, Gaza, some of Egypt and Syria, plus all of Jordan' (some?) seems right. Saudi Arabia and Iraq seem like a stretch tho?

Ability to edit posts expires after an hour, or if someone responds. It use to be different, but then sometimes people would respond and then look silly if another poster edited their post/blanked it out. Others wouldn't be able to follow the exchange that had happened, so now posters can only edit their posts within an hour.

You're blonde. What else does your day consist of, besides correcting your mistakes?
