What if Jesus never left?

This is not about whether this could or could not happen or even if it's according to scripture. It's only about what if it did happen?

Suppose Jesus instead of leaving Earth after He was resurrected stayed? If he needed to do anything in Heaven He could be in two places at the same time. The Holy Spirit could still be here, too.

He could prevent anyone from killing Him again.

I imagine some of you believe something bad would happen.

If so, what?

I think things would be a lot better.

Things would be a lot better?
Why would you think that?

Better than WHAT? And you've concluded this based upon - YOUR understandings? I think I'll go with the Architect of HIStory - you know, the ALL-knowing One whose plans and timing are perfect.

Ultimate,

Were you that kid who never paid attention in Sunday school?

No, I was that kid that DID pay attention in Sunday school.

With Jesus around many more people would act like Christians and be Christians. Need I say more? Jesus would not hide his light under a bushel all these years.

If that's the case, then tell us why Jesus left.

I think that you need to learn a bit more about WHY He came.
Don't forget the lesson of the Israelis that even after God was with them and they saw all those miracles, they turned on Him the moment things didn't go their way.
God was there, Moses was there in a very tangible way.

If being ( which equals acting like one) a Christian is something that NEEDS Christ to be present for it to be that way, then I think you missed the whole point of Christ coming and dying and, more importantly, resurrecting.

And God HAS stayed with us - in the form of the Holy Spirit within all believers. GOD did not leave us. God in the form of Jesus did, for a period.
