About 3 months ago, I tripped up on concrete and badly sprained the ligaments in my left thumb. It will take about 18months to heal my hand therapist said.
It is still alot bigger than my right thumb and is stiff. It can be very painful picking something heavy up using it. Prayers would be appreciated

I pray that God will give you better coordination, so you won't trip anymore.
