Would you guys vote for him? I mean if he was the best choice would you vote despite his sexuality?

I've voted for non-Christians before when there was not qualified Christian running. I would vote for him ONLY IF there was not a better, more-qualified choice. I like to use the analogy of being on an island with the only way off is a flight out. And a devastating hurricane is approaching. And there are only two flights available before it hits. The first is going to be piloted by a brand new pilot who is a committed Christian but who has only been flying this type of jet for a month. The other available pilot is has been safely flying this type of jet for over 20 years - but he's gay and he is not a Christian. Guess which jet I'd choose - the one being flown by the gay pilot - because he has FAR more experience safely flying this type of jet.

Point is, in politics and other areas, where a gay person is a candidate - IF they are the one far more qualified for the task at hand, that's who I would choose. If the choice, given all other factors, is about the same, I'd choose a non-gay. However, note, I'm not choosing this pilot as my pastor or head of a church office - for which he would be totally unqualified and inappropriate for.

As long as I wasn't forced to bake him a gay wedding cake.

I don't see his sexuality as an issue either way, but I'm sick of this perpetual election nonsense. The midterms are barely over. I'm not going to worry about 2020 until the summer after next.

How often do I cook? Define "cook".

I cook eggs for breakfast a few days a week. I may cook something simple like a pork tenderloin. I cook cheeseburgers, steak or chicken on the grill.

Unless you're counting cooking by microwaves.

Believe it or not, I do make my own sammiches to bring to work.*

*Please don't tell anyone, as this may have a detrimental effect on my chauvinist reputation.

Actually, my cooking is similar, Rick. But I also make great omelets with all kinds of diced peppers, onions - usually use ground turkey. And I'm the king of steaming stuff - really easy and fast.

What if the choice of candidates was between (i) a mentally-challenged and incompetent hollywood actor and (ii) a perfectly competent and clever 'satanic' BoHOMO . Candidate (ii) does not openly admit satan has given to him certain 'gifts' but you suspect something a little sinister maybe going on ??

Not that the US has ever has such candidates in the past....oh nooooooo.

I think it was some kind of hypothetical. Just play along.
