Mark 13: 32 “Now concerning that day or hour no one knows—neither the angels in heaven nor the Son—except the Father.
What about the Holy Spirit. Did the Holy Spirit not know when Jesus would return?
Thank you.

Yes, the Holy Spirit knows and knew the time of Jesus' return.
Since God the Spirit is God he knows all the "thoughts of God" (1 Cor 2:11).
The reason that Jesus did not know the time of his return in Mark 13:32 is because when he "became flesh", according to Phil 2:7 Jesus "emptied himself" (NASB) or "made himself nothing" (NIV), so that during the incarnation he intentionally limited his divine attributes such as omniscience as we see in Mark 13:32.
Philippians 2:5-8
5 In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in very nature God,
did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;
7 rather, he made himself nothing
by taking the very nature of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
by becoming obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
