"Atheists Finding God" - 50 Atheists Find Christ!

This is a very interesting book - an academic takes a deep dive into discovering, through in-depth interviews with 50 former atheists, concerning why they were once committed to their atheism, as well as why they eventually came to having faith in God. Written by Dr. Jana Harmon, her findings in the book are drawn from Ph.D-based research evaluating a broad range of functional and substantive variables influencing their journeys to faith in Christ. Harmon obtained her data through surveys and interviews with fifty educated, dedicated atheists in the contemporary West. Each had previously viewed the existence of God and truths of Christianity to be implausible, unappealing, and irrelevant. And while there was considerable diversity in the backgrounds of these former-atheists - as well as the reasons for their previous unbelief - they each eventually became convinced that their faith in Christ to be worthy.
