What an incredible journey to Christ this woman has had, from being a psychologist / new ager to becoming a Christian! Doreen Virtue grew up in the cult of christian science, earned degrees and was trained as a psychologist. Eventually, she became intrigued with New Age beliefs and practices. Before long, she found herself immersed in the movement - and she was intrigued by it ALL - angel guides, crystals, attuning to one's inner voice, tarot cards, readings, etc. Later, she was asked to speak at psychology conferences on various topics. And this led her to becoming a very popular new-age book author.
