The site has had a huge increase in viewership these last months. And whenever the site has over 2,000 people on it at one time - as it has had today - note that it will sometimes slow down when you are trying to log on or access various forum topics. Whenever that happens, simply go backward and click again, whether trying to get on the site or to a particular forum. Sometimes that might take a couple of tries. Usually, when this happens, and you can't immediately gain access, just wait about 5 or 10 seconds and try again. As rarely, but sometimes, that may take a couple of tries. I'm not exactly sure whether it might have to do with the hosting server. As usually, we don't experience this problem. A week or so back, we had over 3,000 people on all at once and the server seemed to accommodate the site traffic quite well. I typically have noticed the problem during the night hours of U.S. EST, and so I wonder if the issue might be the host doing whatever server maintenance.
Thanks,
Philip
