Born Into This World By God?

I have an interesting question. If we were born and God knew about us before we were even born into this world, what about sperm collection banks? Basically that is frozen random sperm, donating it, and then putting it into the egg of a women, so then how did God know us before we were born into this world from another person? Am I even making sense

As well God knows the count of the hairs on our Heads. Nothing is too BIG or too Small for the Lord
