After reading Deu 14:22-29 I realized that this was PROOF of what a wonderful god we worship. How he planned for everything even the welfare of the levites, they were the tribe that some were priests right? They cared for the temples, widows and even strangers.
To me this passage says Party but party in worship, honour and praise of the Lord God. (maybe party isn't the word I am looking for)
